IDTF-HST Key Account Manager
Compumedics USA | Sleep & Neurodiagnostics

About Us

Compumedics has spent nearly four decades at the forefront of sleep and neurodiagnostic technology. Founded in 1987 and listed on the ASX (CMP), we design and manufacture the diagnostic systems that clinicians trust for the most complex cases in sleep medicine, epilepsy, and neurophysiology. Our portfolio spans clinical-grade PSG, home sleep testing (Somfit, Falcon HST), EEG amplifiers (Grael, Okti), ambulatory monitoring, and the Profusion, Nexus 360, and CURRY software platforms used in leading academic medical centers, IDTFs, and community hospitals across the country.

We don’t chase the lowest price point. We compete on diagnostic integrity, clinical depth, and outcomes that matter.

The Role

Compumedics USA is hiring an IDTF-HST Key Account Manager to drive growth of our home sleep testing portfolio, including Somfit and Falcon HST, across independent diagnostic testing facilities nationwide. This is a strategic, quota-carrying role for an experienced seller who knows the IDTF space and can build lasting account relationships. You will own a portfolio of accounts and lead with clinical differentiation, not price.

What You Will Do

Own and grow a defined book of IDTF accounts, managing the full account lifecycle from prospecting through expansion and renewal. Sell our home sleep testing portfolio, positioning the clinical differentiation that sets Somfit and Falcon HST apart. Build relationships across each account, including clinical leadership, operations, and referring physician networks. Maintain a disciplined, accurate pipeline and forecast. Use a consultative, discovery-based sales approach to understand each account’s needs and tie our solutions directly to them. Travel within your account portfolio on a regular basis to support customer relationships.

What You Bring

3+ years of medical device sales experience, with direct IDTF or home sleep testing background strongly preferred. A track record of managing and growing strategic accounts, not just closing transactional deals. Working knowledge of the home sleep testing landscape. Strong consultative selling skills. Willingness to travel regularly within your account base.

Why Compumedics

A portfolio with real clinical differentiation, not a commodity play. Global R&D backing with 15%+ of revenue reinvested annually. A growing US team with a clear commercial strategy and executive support. The chance to represent technology that has contributed to sleep and neuro research worldwide, including NASA mission preparation and major epilepsy centers.

Compumedics USA is an equal opportunity employer.
