Introducing Compumedics Korea, the team powering our Orion LifeSpan MEG
The team at Compumedics office in Korea (CMPK), play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of our Orion LifeSpan MEG systems. In the past 18 months, they have successfully exported two MEG systems to China and another MEG system is scheduled to be exported in June 2026. This milestone reflects the dedication of an exceptional team.
Beyond production, the 14 employees who form the Compumedics Korea team, have driven significant improvements in operational efficiency, reducing manufacturing lead times from 1.5 years to just 12 months. This achievement underscores their ongoing commitment to innovation and continuous process improvement.
Looking ahead, Compumedics Korea are entering an exciting new phase of growth. In the past month, they relocated to a new facility in Daejeon, which will enable them to increase the manufacturing capacity to 3–5 MEG systems annually.
To further enhance customer support, the team has launched the MEG Support Group—offering 24/7 rapid-response service to MEG clients worldwide. This initiative ensures timely, expert technical support whenever and wherever it is needed.
