Compumedics Customer Service Administrator

Compumedics USA is currently searching for a Customer Service Administrator Full-Time, to join our Customer Service Team in Charlotte, NC, USA.

Position Summary:
As a Customer Service Administrator based in Charlotte NC, you will be responsible for the receipt, processing, acknowledgement and notification/customer updating of all orders. The Customer Service Administrator will also be responsible for working with the sales team in a geographic area. The Customer Service Administrator will also be responsible for obtaining accurate order information, end user information and billing information to ensure a complete, accurate order. Customer Service Administrator will have direct interaction with customers to build relationships, establish communications and promote Compumedics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing Customer Service: Providing Customer Service: receipt of all customer orders via purchase orders, phone orders, web orders, mail orders, and RMA requests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Working Knowledge of using Microsoft NAV/CRM MRP System
- Creation of the sales order based upon the customer’s purchase information, sales quotation and sales order entry procedure
- Order tracking and acknowledgement for end-user
- Customer Invoicing
- Filing of all orders in the appropriate file cabinets
- Receipt of all customer orders via purchase orders, phone orders, web orders and mail orders, RMA requests
- Verification of all information needed to create a proper sales order. This information includes customer contact information, accurate and complete shipping information, accurate end user information and accurate billing information
- Resolve any issues that may arise with the customer. Resolution may involve communication between many departments and customer contacts
- Take incoming Customer Service phone calls. You must be able to use the phone system to transfer calls or connect the incoming call to the right department. Professional phone courtesy will be highly expected
- Entering, Tracking, Processing, Updating and maintaining a Microsoft CRM and NAV ERP System.
- Organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Education Requirements:
- 2 Year Associate Diploma preferred
- Proficiency in computer operations, Adobe, and Microsoft Office: Excel and WORD
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification Preferred: EXCEL
- Experience in Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) database software a plus.
Experience Requirements:
4+ Years’ Customer Service Call Center experience
4+ Years’ Reporting using Microsoft EXCEL and MSWORD
2+ Years’ Microsoft NAV and CRM ERP System.
Other Requirements:
- Must have great customer service skills and work with customers.
- Ability to write routine reports in EXCEL – MSWORD and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but involved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
